Apple Sausage Appetizers

Ingredients

• 2 jars (23 oz each) unsweetened chunky applesauce
• 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
• 2 lbs. fully cooked keilbasa or polish sausage cut
• into 1/2 inch slices
• 1 medium onion chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl combine applesauce and brown sugar. Stir in sausage and onion.

Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

Bake uncovered at 350
40-45 minutes or until bubbly.
