Blueberry Banana Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tablespoons corn starch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1-2 tsps lemon juice
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. icing sugar
- I ready made deep-dish pie crust (Tenderflake)

Preparation
Step 1
Bake pie crust in 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes. Let cool.
Wash blueberries and place in a pot with the water. Mix in the sugar and cornstarch until completely combined. Bring to a boil mixing often so the blueberries do not stick to the bottom.
Stir until mixture thickens. Remove from stove and then add the lemon juice. Let cool, but stir occasionally.
While blueberry mixture is cooling, place the cream cheese and one banana and icing sugar in a bowl. Mix together until smooth with an electric mixture. Place on the bottom of cooled pie crust. ( If you have a smaller pie curst the cream cheese mixture might be too much. Make sure you have room for the blueberry mixture.)
Slice bananas and place on top of cream cheese. Pour the blueberry mixture on top of the cheese and bananas and let set.
When ready to serve, cover with one cup of whipped cream.
