Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1 pineapple sliced in 1/2" slices
  • 1 rack baby back ribs, cut in single ribs
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. teriyaki baste & glaze
  • 1/2 c. pineapple preserves
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1/4-1/2 t. cayenne pepper

Step 1

Season ribs with salt and pepper. Place ribs cut side down in deep, covered baker - add water. Microwave on high 8 min, turn ribs over. Microwave on high 7-10 min. more (until pocket thermometer registers 160 degrees.
Combine sauce ingredients. Mix with ribs and grill ribs and pineapple 5-*(?)*, turning and basting occasionally with sa*(uce?)*
