Apricot Jello Salad

  • 1 pkg. orange Jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. apricot nectar
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts



Step 1

Mix Jello, water and nectar until dissolved. Chill until firm. Blend cream cheese and pineapple; spread on top. Sprinkle nuts over. Chill and cut in squares.
