Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs veal (sliced thin)
- 1/2 c. flour (salt & pepper)
- 6 T. butter
- 2 T. oil
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1/2 lbs sliced mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 - 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsbp. thyme leaves
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 T. flour

Preparation
Step 1
Coat the veal in flour/salt/pepper mixture, then saute in 3 T. butter and oil. Remove when cooked.
Saute onion, mushrooms, garlic in 3 T. butter for 5 minutes.
Combine wine, chicken broth, lemon juice, thyme, then add meat. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix together the sour cream and flour. Add to pan with other ingredients until well blended.
