Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 & 1/2 c. pecans chopped (reserve 3/4 c. for top)
  • 1 16 oz. cool whip
  • 1 c. sugar or powdered sugar
  • 2 boxes lemon instant pudding--made as directed and put in fridge
  • Makes 4 layers in a 9x13 glass pan

Preparation

Step 1

#1 mix butter, flour and 3/4 c. pecans together and press in bottom of pan. Bake at 350 for 10-15 min. Cool completely

#2 Blend cool whip, cream cheese and sugar until creamy and spread over layer 1

#3 Make pudding as directed and spread over layer 2

#4 Spread extra cool whip over top. Top with pecans

Cover and put in fridge
