- 8 or 9 big peaches
- 1 c. sugar
- 4-5 T. corn starch
- 1 c. water

Preparation
Step 1
peel peaches and cut up half of them
add sugar, corn starch and water
cook until thick and clear
let cool and add rest of peaches.
