Cherry Tomatoes with garlic (Sandra Tite)

  • 2 dozen cherry tomatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon snipped fresh rosemary and parsley



Step 1

With sharp knife, pierce tomatoes. Carefully insert a slice of garlic into each one.
Place tomatoes in the center of a 18 x 12 inch sheet of foil. Drizzle tomatoes with olive oil, rosemary, parsley, sugar and salt. Bring sides of foil together and seal completely.
Bake at 350 for 5 minutes or until heated through
