Ingredients
- 1 ) 2 packages Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 ) 1 can cream style corn
- 3 ) 1 pound R.B. Rices sausage (medium)
- 4 ) 1 medium onion, chopped
- 5 ) 3 Jalapeños chopped real fine (remove seeds)
- 6 ) 2 eggs
- 7 ) 1 can green chilis (4 oz)
- 8 ) 1 cup cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Fry sausage and chopped onion together until done. Mix all ingredients together. Spoon in 10 muffin tins. Bake 20-25 minutes.
