Ingredients
- 1 brick Monterey Jack Velveeta
- 1/2 ½ C. sour cream
- 1/2 ½ C. chopped cilantro
- approx. ¼ C. chopped red onion
- 1 can Mexicorn
- 1 japaleno with seeds (more or less to your liking)
- half can of black beans, drained and rinsed
