Cranberry-Glazed Pork Tenderloin

- 1 pork tenderloin
- Butter-flavored cooking spray or olive oil
- Nature's Seasoning
- 1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice or orange juice
- 1 tsp. cornstarch

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray tenderloin or lightly coat with olive oil. Sprinkle evenly with Nature's Season. Place the tenderloin into an oven cooking bag that has been lightly dusted with flour.
In a medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch. Heat over medium heat until mixture begins to thicken, about 5 minutes. Pour the mixture (except for 1/2 cup) over the tenderloin.
Seal the oven bag and cut small slits in it. Bake the tenderloin for 45-55 minutes or until done. Allow to sit for about 10 minutes before serving. Top each serving with the remaining warm cranberry sauce.
