Key Lime Pie with Macadamia Nut Filling

Ingredients
- 1 (9") graham cracke crust
- 1/2 c. macadamia nuts
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Nellie & Joe's Key Lime Juce
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- Whipped cream or Cool Whip

Preparation
Step 1
Chop macadamia nuts until very fine (almost ground) and mix with sugar. Pat into bottom of crust. Combine milk, egg yolks and Key lime juice in a bowl. Blend with a whisk and pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes before refrigerating. Serve topped with whipped cream.
