Strawberry-Lime Dessert Sauce

• 3 c sliced strawberries, divided
• 1/4 c honey
• 1 lime
• Vanilla ice cream & pound cake slices

Step 1

Thickly slice strawberries. Place 1 cup of strawberries in sm bowl. Add honey and mix well. Microwave on high for 2 min or until hot. Mash strawberries; set aside to cool.

Zest lime to measure 1 Tblsp zest. Stir zest and remaining strawberries into strawberry mixture. Spoon sauce over ice cream & pound cake slices.
