EGG POTATO BACON SKILLET BAKE

Ingredients

• 2 Cups Ore-Ida® Potatoes O'Brien
• 3 Tablespoons Butter
• 6 Eggs
• 2 Tablespoons Milk
• 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
• 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
• 1/2 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese
• 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
• 1 Cup Bacon, crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in a microwave safe pie dish; add potatoes and microwave 10 minutes.
Stir together eggs and next four ingredients; pour over potatoes. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until eggs have set. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bacon. Serve immediately.
