Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can (1 lb.) pumpkin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2/3 c. (5 1/2-oz. can) evaporated milk
- 1 9-in. pie crust, unbaked

Step 1
Combine eggs and pumpkin. Blend in the sugars, salt and spices. Add the milk; mix well. Pour into the pie crust. Bake at 400° for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between the center and the outer edge comes out clean. Cool.
