  • 1/2 ½ lb Italian sausage
  • 16 oz frozen hash browns (4 cups)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can 14 oz chicken broth
  • 2 c water
  • 1-10¾ oz can cream of celery soup
  • 1-10¾ oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c milk

Step 1

Brown sausage in a dutch oven over medium heat, stirring until crumbly and no longer pink. Drain and return to dutch oven.
Add hash browns, and next 3 ingredients, bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in soups and milk; cook, stirring until heated through.
