Ingredients
- 2 Boxes chopped Spinach
- 1 small Onion
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 can Artichoke Hearts drained
- 8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese - shredded
- 4 oz Parmesan Cheese - shredded
- 8 oz Cream Cheese - softened
- 8 oz Sour Cream

Preparation
Step 1
Thaw spinach in microwave then drain
Melt butter in skillet with onion
Mix everything in bowl and put in crock pot
