Ingredients
- 1 lbs. dried fettuccini
- 3 cups red pepper strips green
- 3 cups mushrooms
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup Gorgonzola cheese
- 6 large cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 cup snipped chives
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons parsley, basil
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles and drain. Return to sauce pan. Cook mushrooms, garlic&1 tablespoon olive oil for 5 minutes till tender. Remove with slotted spoon. Reserve olive oil add the rest of olive oil, add pepper cook for 5 minutes, add whipping cream and cheese, keep stirring till melts. Put remaining ingredients in.
