Butternot-Sweet Potato Streusel

Ingredients
- Streusel Topping:
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t ginger
- 1 1/2 lb pre-cut butternut squash
- 2 med. sweet potatoes in 1/2 in cubes
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 2 T butter
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 c pecans chopped

Step 1
Heaet oven to 375. Place butter in 3 Qt casserole, heat in oven 5-7 minutes or until melted.
Stir cinnamon and ginger into melted butter. Add squash and sweet potatoes; toss to coat.
Cover and bake 30-35 minutes or until squash and sweet potatoes are just tender.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine all topping ingredients.
Uncover squash, spoon topping over squash mixture. Bake 10 minutes
