Salad-Strawberry Spinach

Ingredients

• ¾ c Kraft fat free mayonnaise dressing
• 2 packets Splenda
• ¼ c fat free milk
• 2 TB apple cider vinegar
• 2 TB poppy seeds
• 8 c Dole spinach
• 1 pound strawberries
• ½ c red onions

Preparation

Step 1

Chop onion into bite size pieces. Slice strawberries and wash spinach. Mix onion, strawberries, and spinach in a bowl.

Wisk together mayo, splenda, skim milk, vinegar, and poppy seeds.

Just before serving toss dressing with salad.
