Turkey and scalloped potato casserole
- 6 medium red potatoes boiled and thinly sliced
- 4 C cooked cubes turkey
- 1 jar (23.5 oz) Ragu chicken simmer sauce-creamy chicken with mushrooms
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen broccoli, thawed
- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Preheat oven to 375. Layer sliced potatoes evenly on bottom or sides of a 3 qt buttere dish. In a med bowl, combine turkey, sauce, and broccoli. stir to mix thoroughly. Spoon mix into dish. Bake covered 40 min, or until bubbly. Evenly sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 5 minutes ot until cheese melts.
