Ingredients
- 1 pkg spice cake mix
- 1 c caned pumpkin
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 3 eggs
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 c water
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
- powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except pecans and powdered sugar. Blend well, then beat for 5 minutes. Fold in pecans. Grease and flour one bundt pan. Bake in 350 oven for 45 min. Col in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
