Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can pumpkin
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 lg eggs
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk all ingredients in a 3 qt microwavable bowl. Cover with lid or vented plastic wrap. High power for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Stir and decrease power to medium high and cook 10 minutes longer again stirring after 5 minutes. Let stand covered for 20 minutes.
