Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cups Flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 Cup butter, sliced
- 1 Cup Pumpkin Purée

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter a large cookie sheet.
Stir together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles course crumbs. Stir in pumpkin and mix to form a soft dough.
Pat dough out on a lightly floured surface to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out biscuits with a 2 inch cutter. Place biscuits in the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
