Ingredients
- 2 c. diced fresh rhubarb
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tbl. cornstarch
- 2 tbl. lemon juice
- 1 pint fresh sliced strawberries
- 2 tbl. butter

Preparation
Step 1
In medium saucepan, combine rhubarb, sugar and water. Cook over medium heat until rhubarb is tender--5-10 minutes.
Stir together cornstarch and lemon juice until smooth. Slowly stir into the hot rhubarb mixture.
Cook stirring contantly until thickened and clear. Remove from heat. Stir in strawberries and butter.
Keep warm or reheat.
