quick and easy Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pkg of sweet potatoes
• 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1 5 oz can evaporated milk
• 1 egg
• 1 tblsp melted butter
• 1/2 teas pumpkin pie spice
• 1 unbaked pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350
In large bowl whisk all ingredients together
Press crust into pan
Pour in sweet potato mixture

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean
