Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Salsa
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup diced pineapple (I used canned)
- 4 basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- juice of 1 small lime
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Sprinkle the pork chops evenly with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chops and cook until they're no longer pink and they are browned on each side (4-5 minutes per side).
3. Meanwhile, prepare the salsa. Add all the salsa ingredients to a medium bowl and toss to combine.
4. Once chops are cooked through, plate and serve with the salsa over top.
