Bacon, Onion, Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 6 slices bacon (cut small)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (any)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Step 1
preheat oven 375
cook bacon and drain. place in pie shell
sautee' onion in bacon fat until lightly browned then drain off fat.
remove from heat. stir in eggs, milk, cream, cheese and seasonings and pour into pie shell
bake 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean
