Lemon Dijon Chicken over Pasta

  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1/8 Tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tsp olive oil
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 4 oz chicken breast cooked
  • 1/2 C spaghetti, whole wheat cooked



Step 1

Whisk together lemon juice, mustard and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add remaining ingredients toss to coat thoroughly with lemon juice and heat through
