Pumpkin Pie

  • pie shell 1 9 inch unbaked
  • pumpkin puree 1 (16-ounce) can
  • sweetened condensed milk 1 (14-ounce) can
  • eggs 2
  • cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground
  • ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground
  • nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon ground
  • salt 1/2 teaspoon



Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except pie shell, mix well
Pour into pie shell
Bake for 15 minutes
Reduce oven temperature to 350° bake for 35-40 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean
Garnish as desired
Refrigerate leftovers
