Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 can condensed milk (15 oz)
- 1 tbsp key lime zest
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 8oz sour cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Mix together condensed milk, key lime zest and juice, salt, and eggs.
Stir until thickened. Pour into baked graham cracker crust.
Bake for 15 minutes and cool on rack.
Mix topping ingredients together and put on pie.
Bake for additional 10 minutes at 350.
