Ingredients
- Crumb topping:
- 4 c. flour
- 1-1/2 c. sugar
- 5 t. baking powder
- 1-1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1-1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
- 1/2 t. cinnamon, ground
- Mix all ingredients til crumbly.

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 deg. Grease 9 x 13 pan.
Blend flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, shortening, milk and egg; beat 30 seconds.
Carefully stir in blueberries.
Spread batter in pan; sprinkle with Crumb topping.
