Diabetic Fresh Peach Juice Recipe
Peach is rich in potassium which helps maintain good health and prevent high blood pressure. Raw Peach juice does not only have a high Vitamin content but also provides great cardiovascular benefits.
- 6 peach halves
- 1 tsp ginger juice
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 20 ice-cubes
- 2 sachets sugar substitute

1.Freeze the peaches in the freezer till they are hard.
2.Add the ginger juice, lemon juice, sugar substitute and ice-cubes and blend till slushy.
