  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • add water to make 1/4 c. out of lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • add yolks to mixture
  • add 2 coffee cups hot water to mixture
  • add 3 heaping tbsp. corn starch and 3/4 c. sugar to mixture
  • 2 egg whites add 1/4 c. sugar for meringue
