Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients
- 2 C seeds from pumpkin
- 1 1/2 T melted butter, margarine or vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 t salt

Preparation
Step 1
Wash seeds& pat dry between towels.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 250*, stir occasionally until golden brown.
After 30 minutes remove seeds from pan & let cool.
