Crab Meat Appetizer - Chris Abell
Mother got this recipe from one of the Cor Jesu mothers. Very easy to make and everyone likes it
- 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbl Milk
- 1 No.2 can crab meat - well drained
- 3/4 cup chili sauce
soften cream cheese with milk. Mound on center of serving plate (dinner size plate). Spread crab meat over cream cheese. Pur chili sauce over all. Chill for several hours. Serve with crackers.
For large platter, use 3 pkg cream cheese, 2 cans brab meat and 1 1/4 bottle chili sauce.
