Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic Aioli Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 jar roasted red peppers (12 oz.) or 2 freshly roasted red peppers (about 1 cup diced roasted red pepper)
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- salt/pep

Preparation
Step 1
Put chopped peppers,cream, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pep process until smooth. Taste and adjust s/p. Add garlic to pan and cook 1 minute until soft and fragrant. Pour pep puree into pan and heat through.
