Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 (8oz) pkg cream cheese 1 8 (oz) can crushed pineapple
• 1/4 cup green pepper 1 Tble seasoned salt
• 2 Tble chopped onion 2 cups chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Place cream cheese in a bowl and soften to room temperature. Add pepper, chopped onions, seasoned salt and ½ the pecans. Add 4 to 5 tablespoons of the crushed pineapple (don’t drain). Mix well and form into a ball. Cover with coarsely ground pecans.
