Mandarin Orange Cake

Ingredients

• Cake
• 1 box Duncan Hines Butter Cake mix
• 1 C Wesson Oil
• 4 Eggs
• 1 16 oz can mandarin orange with juice
• Frosting
• 1 Large tub Kool Whip
• 1 16 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
• 1 large box vanilla instant pudding
• 1 an coconut (optional

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all cake ingredients well and pour into three equal cake pans for a three layer cake

Bake at 350 for 19 minutes and cool completely

Frosting
Combine all ingredients together, spread over the top of the cake.
