- 3 ripe Mangos pitted and cubed
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 T red onion minced
- 1/4 C cilantro chopped
- 1/2 Jalapeno seeded, minced

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and allow to ripen for at least 10 minutes. Stir before serving.
