Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 cup Grated Zucchini
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Nuts (Pecans or walnuts)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Cream eggs, oil and sugar. Add zucchini and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and blend in. Grease and flour two loaf pnas. Bake for 1 hour. Use the "toothpick test" to make sure it's done.
