Ingredients

  • Wax paper
  • 3 T unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup bisquik
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 T sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 T light brown sugar
  • butter flavored cooking spray
  • 8 oz. fresh stawberries
  • 1 med. banana, sliced
  • 4 oz. Philadelphia Mixed Berry Whipped Cream Cheese spread
  • Whipped topping

Step 1

1. Line banking sheet with wax paper. Melt butter. Whisk baking mix, mil,, sugar, 1 1/2 T butter and eggs until smooth Combine brown sugar and remaining 1 1/2 T butter; set aside

2. Preheat 8 inch nonstick saute pan on med. high 2-3 min. Reduce heat to med.; coat pan with spray. Add 1/4 batter, rotating pan to coat bottom evenly. Cook 1-2 min. or until edges start to release from pan and center is set. Run rubber spatula around edge to loosen crepe; transfer to baking sheet. Stack crepes, placing wax paper in between, and cover loosely to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter.

3 Slice strawberries and bananas and place in microwave-safe bowl. Add sugar mixture over fruit; toss to coat. Microwave fruit mixture on HIGH for 2-3 min., stirring halfway, or until fruit is hot and sugar has dissolved. Spread 1 T. cream cheese onto each crepe; fold in half, then in half again (to form triangle.) Top with fruit mixture and whipped topping.
