Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 1/3 cup sugar (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 or 4 orange peel curls (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and stir. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, just until the berries start to pop.
Remove from heat and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight. Remove orange peel curls before serving.
