Ingredients
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts (large, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper)
- 1 lb bowtie pasta (mini)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 onion (medium, finely chopped)
- 34 cup red bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can butter beans (large, or other white bean)
- 1 can reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 12 cup pesto (prepared basil)
- 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup bacon (cooked, crumbled, pieces)

Preparation
Step 1
Cook and drain bowtie according to package direction
in a large skillet, heat olive oil over med. heat
add chicken, cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked
Remove chicken and add broccoli,red pepper, and broth. cover and cook, stirring occasionally
return chicken to skillet and cook 1 min then remove from heat
add cheese,pasta, combining gently until cheese is melted and smooth
