Sweet Potatoes on Pineapple Rings

Ingredients

• 2 c mashed sweet potatoes
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 4 T melted butter
• 1/4 t cinnamon
• 1/8 t nutmeg
• Pineapple rings
• miniature marshmallows
• maraschino cherries

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Place pineapple rings on a baking sheet, and scoop potato mixture onto each one. Tope with mini marshmallows and cherries.
Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees
