Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 to 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp. flour
- Rind and juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients, except egg whites.
Fold the stiffly-beaten egg whites into the first mixture.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 deg. for 10 minutes, then lower heat to 350 deg. and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
