Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- Juice and rind of 1 lemon
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 egg whites

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except egg whites. Fold in stiffly-beaten whites. Place in unbaked pie shell.
Baike at 425 deg. for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 325 deg. and bake until set, about 30 minutes.
