garlic clove, finely grated
cup finely chopped mixed tender herbs (such as basil, chives, parsley, and/or tarragon)
teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
Stir garlic, mayonnaise, herbs, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a small bowl to combine; season with salt and pepper. Do Ahead: Mayonnaise can be made 6 hours ahead. Cover and chill.
