- 3 ripe medium mangoes, seeds removed, peeled and coarsely chopped.
- 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbs lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
