Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin pan with linters. Bring 8 oz strawberries (hulled, rinsed, and cut into small pieces) and 1 kiwi (skin removed and cut into small pieces) to a poil and mush getnly with potatoe masher while they cook 1-2 mimnutes. Pour berry mixture and juice into a bowl and set aside. In bowl whisk together 1 c whole wheat flour, 1 c unbleached all purpose flour, 3/4 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt. In separate bowl whisk 1/2 c light agave nectar, 3/4 c brown sugar and 1/4 c canola oil, 1/2 c organic applesauce, 2 eggs and 3/4 tsp pure vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients to the wet andfold to combine. Fold in the fruit and juice mixture. Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full and bake about 22 minutes, cool for 5 and xfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
